If parishes wish to ‘fire up’ their beacons on their bell towers next year then there is sound advice from John Rees the Registrar on the steps you need to take to make sure that you comply with Ecclesiastical requirements and keep within the law. Resources from Diocesan Church House
A new leaflet called Giving – A Simple Guide has been produced by the Diocese and seeks to create greater thought in the variety of ways that ‘giving’ can happen in a church community. There is also a comprehensive list of resources available to parishes. This has been distributed to parishes.
A further leaflet Christianity – A Simple Guide is now available and is a useful leaflet for those who might be newcomers, seekers or make it to church infrequently. Parish copies will be available at the Deanery Synod in February.
